You should use Poison Arrows. IMO, nothing is more annoying than getting poisoned.
Also, 45 DEX for faster Pyromancy casting.

I really wasn't shooting for poise. I just like the Lords Blade set, and used the wolf ring out of habit. I could put any ring in there, really.

I like the build but I don't get what is annoying about it. Also is the poise needed? I think it could be better with the hornet ring or the hawk ring since you have a bow.

It's quite the conundrum. If I use the wolf ring, I have too much poise. If I don't, I have too little.
I'm not concerned about being stunlocked by small weapons, because I can stay away from them. I't the claymore and zweihander that I'm worried about. On paper it sounds bad, but in practice I tend to die because I can't roll away after being stunned by a laggy UGS.

Why do you need the dark wood grain ring if you have 65 poise, it doesn't seem necessary.
A big weapon you should be able to dodge quite easily and you should not be getting close enough to be stunned by them anyway.

Composite Bow wit large arrows only deals acceptable damage while slightly within lock on range.

There's not really a lot wrong with the build.
I switched the gauntlets to get past 60 poise.
I switched to poison arrows, I'd always start with those and then go to large arrows.
Having 62 poise and having the DWGR will ensure you get the poise backstab in when people pressure you with the bow.
Having 45 dex gives you the kick-->BF combo.
There are so many different things you can do. Put a Leo Ring on for the bow, Hornet's for the daggger.
I dont think the build is that bad and should function pretty well.
One thing though, the Lord Blade armor is kinda weak on defenses, make sure you have 99 humanity.

On topic, unless your build camps the Anor Londo archers spot and looks exactly the same... it could be more annoying.
