That won't work.That was the entire point,the ability can be used regardless of the state of whatever body I have.

I always had a thing for control over time. Not just going back in time, but slowing it down, speeding it up, or stopping it completely. It reminds me of save-states from old video games my older brother used to download on the computer.

As for myself I think I'd most want the power to be able to convince anyone that anything is the absolute truth, even if it isn't. Once I convince my way onto some news networks and get things rolling I'd host a worldwide broadcast convincing the entire population of the planet that doing anything that is ethically wrong will cause you to die in the most horrific painful way imaginable within the week.

Then maybe I'd start my campaign to be elected the Grand High Exalt of Earth. I'd have a GREAT platform

I would like the ability to turn into animals. I'll call that selective shapeshifting. Maybe I could also go partway, just giving me animal characteristics: cat claws , night vision , fangs .
Could be useful if a situation requires I appear as a human.

If you are immortal you will have a chance to meet more people and gain more friends then ever. Sure, they would die before you, but still, so much more people to meet and time to think and things to learn. Plus there will always be more books to read. I'd only want to not be immortal anymore if civilization was destroyed. I'm not waiting a few million years for the next book store to open! I'll just jump in the nearest volcano.
