How to get hatemail?

i guess the only thing that would rustle my jimmies would be...

- Cast TWOP as they spawn
- Proper bow
- Spam Dark bead/WoG/CSS what ever you want to ensure the kill
- proper bow again


the fact that you are being overly cheap and still bowing before and after fight might rustle some serious jimmies

if you don't mind sending the first mail send something polite like you would if you just had a legit awesome duel with some one.

Stack lots and lots of poise, 2h gold tracer, enjoy hatemail.

Invade at low levels.Even with standard scaling weapons,you get quite a bit of hate.Or if you don't care at all,use chaos weapons with ascended pyro flame plus the damage boosting gear.Doesn't matter where you are,you recieve hate from people who were too lazy to get upgrades.

Without even trying to I got hatemail for killing a fellow red Phan.. dunno why it was bad..

There was the host who was duelling a blue phan, and us two red phans. So I bowed, he bowed back and we fought...

Any idea why?

Another one which works quite well:

-Use a high level build with a dragonslayer spear (ridiculously powerful once you get your dex, str and faith up high)
-Stack poise and use a grass crest shield with some dark magic and a decent catalyst as backup but make sure you are still fast rolling
-Wait for people to invade you and own them impressively by two handing the spear and spamming R1, making sure to mix up the spear with dark magic spamming
-Use offensive gestures after you've beaten your opponents to show them what a pro you are.
