There aren't any user made Covenants on the consoles, only on these forums. We simply base our actions on what user made covenant we're in (For example, I am an Exile of Ariamis, so my main area is the Painted World).
You can join any covenant you want to, just ask and let the leader see if they want you in.

Covenant section There you go. Just ask in a covenant of the that has your interest how to join them (Like me if you have interest in the Messengers of Velka.

Just remember that there are in fact 9 In-game covenants, people just base theirs off of them.
Find the one that best suits you.

Here is a list of active covenants at the moment.
I believe the list is updated as often as possible so you can choose from any of the covenants there. I'd check ones have the most activity on your console though.

Welcome to the Forum and the Covenant Section, Ostoro!! Others have given you all the good advice you need and honestly I didn't read all 7 posts. Good Luck in whatever you choose. All active coves offer their own "flavor" and try hard to make it work...you'll do well.

Welcome to the forums! I didn't read all 8 posts but yes, the sunlight co-... I mean these covenants are really fun if you enjoy pvp or co-op and want a little more to it.
