I think they are referring to how when someone posts a build a link is much smaller then the link you would normally post. Such as this.

Could have always tried to quote someone that had the edited link in their post so that you could have seen how the coding for it was. I did the same with figuring out how to put multi-layered spoilers with certain names into a post.

Grin explain this please. The OP was asking about. How do people post mugen links meaning, create a build using mugen, then wut? Do you save it? Do you need to join mugen in order to do so?
Copying n pasting links are easy. But, once you create build, how do you ensure that when you post link, it won't be blank?

When you link something, by clicking the link button which is next to the youtube button, you get two boxes to fill. The first one is the actual link, the second one is what you want the link to appear as. So what you wish to name the link, you type in the second box. Presto.

you can either save it or do what I do, create a mini link, open a new window, post the mini link, and save the page on my favorites

Or do as I do, and keep them all in documents. Around the 300's now in builds that I have. So many mugen-monkey links. And when you minify the link, it will definitely work. Never seen it not work, unless someone put a random letter or sign at the end of the link accidentally.
