Your best Dark Souls moment?

I am not sure if there is a thread like this already, but thinking back to when you first played DS, or even if you have played it 25 times and still found or seen, done something awesome, what is your stand out moment in DS?

My first playthrough ever, long before knowing about this website and wiki etc (I played it all blind, once I complete area's I research them to see what I missed, thats how I play) my favourite moment was arriving in Anor Londo, that view is just spectacular, I still look forward to it every time.. probably one of my favourite gaming experiences of all time, especially after Sens which can be quite a *****

Mine was completing the game for the first time, still not too sure on how to play properly I guess, it had taken me about 80 hours. Subsequently I then learnt way more about the game, and used wikis and a guide, and really got an idea of what I was doing, now I can comfortably run through the game in 8-10 hours, and understand far more about what I'm actually doing.

Also, defeating O&S the first time.

When you kill Bed of Chaos without dying.

Very related to what Sentiel posted.  
 
Beating Bed of Chaos with my Xanthous King Jeremiah cosplay on the first go with no deaths (after running straight from killing Fire Sage and Centipede with only the offhand Notched Whip, again, no poise no shield).
 
Main hand Pyro Flame, off Hand Notched Whip. No shield, no poise, giant helm in the centre of my vision.

That short run through is probably my proudest Souls moment to date.  
 
One shotting Seath at SL1 with Fire Tempest after thinking I could on a whim is a close second.

hahaha, awesome stuff guys! That SS is fantastic quality mate, looks great as well!

yeah, O&S victory was probably very high up there as well! took me around 15 tries my first time around! I now kill them easily (well I did die once lol)

Also! I forgot to mention going down Great Hollow and arriving in Ash Lake is probably up there as well! Such incredible scenery and the worst thing about it is that I went down not even knowing about the Lord Vessel.. took me several tries getting down while trying to get every shiny object and falling etc.. walking out into Ash Lake is majestic!

I of course had to then make my way BACK UP the Great Hollow which is not for the feint hearted, let me tell you! but thats what I love about the game.. I found some shortcut and decided to give it a shot lol..

Gotta be getting that 26 streak in the arena, had me sweating bullets near the end, especially since I had to beat a certain mod on these forums to get that high. First time since my first playthrough that had me so tense.

There are many but the one that stands out is my first invader on my first ever play through - I just beat Kirk Knight in Demon Ruins and someone else invaded, chased me all the way back up the cliff to were the Capra Demon stands before I gathered my wits and managed to kick him off the edge of the cliff. That was a jump-out-of-the-chair-and-whoop-whoop moment!

Yeah, Reim is a demon.

I don't have many right now.

It's my first time ever through the game, so every boss beaten is a "woo hoo" moment.  lol

But I think beating the Four Kiings last night and then celebrating by slow-walking over to the bonfire and Darkstalker Kaathe like a boss is my best moment so far. 

Best darksouls moment was the first time I defeated the Guardian alone. Besides the bed of chaos(which is just stupidly frustrating because it has nothing to do with his attacks, I cant make that damned jump), It took way too many tries to beat that thing. And honestly, I respect any other build besides strength that can beat 1 OR 2 of them alone. Without my Greatshield of Artorias I wouldn't be able to do it.

Upgrading the last weapon to get the Knight's Trophy and seeing the Platinum Trophy icon pop up in the top right of the screen.  An epic moment for me because it had taken so long and so much effort to get there.

Was playing one time late. My daughter was on the couch mostly asleep and looked up and said casually "he's on a ladder"

 Tied with the time I was playing in front of my stepdaughter. Did a backstab with a great scythe and she said: "ouch"
