Yeah, that was pretty terrible.
Though in fairness it kinda shows you how bland the actual story of Dark Souls is without all the surrounding lore, it really is just some copy/paste generic 'hero that saves the world' story... kinda

Yeah you can't really blame them, too much to learn.
Im still learning things after two years, I learned yesterday that you can jump over the railings on the anor londo stair cases (The ones inside the castle).
