With this ring, I thee wed...

So I am playing through Dark Souls for the first time, and have finally acquired a pair of rings of Favor and Protection. I understand than once equipped, removing then will destroy the rings, so once they are placed I am more or less married to them. With this in mind, I'm curious if there will be any points in the game that require me to remove them that I need to look out for?

I'm siding with Frampt, so I assume I will have to wait until after I have defeated the Four Kings in order to equip my brides (I have to wear a special ring to get to Four Kings, right?). Also, I have done all my farming, so I won't require the Covetous Gold Serpent Ring. Any other places I should complete before equipping my rings?

They don't stack. Why would you wear two?

THe effects of the rings of favour don't stack, so it's pointless equipping more than one.

However, since favour ring is that good you should keep one on.

Ah, drag, they don't stack? Well that answers that question. What a shame. Glad to know, though! Certainly saves trouble going forward.

Two Dark Wood Grain Rings. Screw handsprings, I'll be doing triple somersaults through the air just to dodge your one katana swing.

Double hornet ring. Because that would get so much delicious hatemail.

And I don't just want two Bellowing DragonCrest rings. I want around 5 Crowns of dusk. Just strap them all along my body. I want my simple Soul Arrow to be hitting for over 1000 damage.

Dodge an attack with fat roll.
Dies on impact.

Wearing two calamity rings is actually the secret to making the ring useful.  It doubles all damage to everybody lawl.

Dual Calamity rings cause a constant death cycle in Blightown or if your inventory contains dung pies.You are stunlocked by the stench.The same thing happens if you stand too close to Frampt when he is talking.

But then again i would probably do the same thing, because I like to light bleep up
