Most annoying glitch/bug you've encountered

Now now, I don't mean lag, that's just a side effect of network play, but...

The most annoying thing I've encountered has been that damned delay/buffer thing that happens, it's killed me an too many occasions to count.

Ghost phantoms attacking my host, they can see each other but i cant see or attack the phantom, suck to feel so helpless.

I've had the moonlight butterfly just fly away leaving me and phantoms just standing there confused.

Bosses bugs. One time the moonlight butterfly flew aways from me instead of attacking me, had to quit game and reload.

Another time I summoned someone to fight Seath, the guy could not get near Seath, because you know when the first boss fight starts there is no fog wall, he got stuck outside when the cutscene started

When you die against Pinwheel.

That is most definitely not meant to be part of the game.

It's more my controller, but it still makes playing incredibly frustrating.

I'm referring to the fact shield button is unable to function properly for me. It seriously bums me out, because I haven't built around dodging on any of my characters, nor am I skilled at dodging OR parrying. I'm learning to parry fast, but it's not very effective against the larger enemies I'm coming across.

No way man pinwheel one shot me once because I tried to hit him with souls spear but shot two images instead of him. (my mage had 14 vit, so...)

lol iv never died on Pinwheel XD but then again i don't usually bother to fight him until im fighting four lords.. and he's usually one of the last lords i kill because i don't like catacombs/Tomb of the giants much lol

what mildred said, it happens a lot when im helping in the undead church.
