disappearing DLC help please?

This is weird, but I long ago purchased the Artorias DLC, have played through it with all 8 characters, I haven't played for a while now cos I platinumed and was getting over it a little. Went to play today and when I booted the game, it told me my DLC could not be authenticated, I decided to uninstall all the game data(cept my save files), and re-intall. I successfully re-installed the game firmware, and when I went to the PSN store to re-download the DLC, IT HAD THE PRICE THERE.... it wanted me to buy it :/ I DEF already paid for it. To make matters worse, I can't load any of my save files because they all have DLC attached to them... Does this not confirm that I did in fact pay for the DLC? I am confused and not sure what to do.....I cannot think of anything thats changed....
Help?

OMG really sorry mods/everyone, this is totally a dumb mistake on my behalf, I am in AUS, but purchased this on a UK PSN because for some reason I bought a UK special edition of the game(probably on online preorder). It's all fixed and working now....I had just deleted my UK user account on the PS3.....

Good to know. I have a Japanese account. I used it to DL a demo for a game before it came out in my country. If I loaded it up, I may have been very confused what was happening.
