    Hello, I've recently switched consoles from Xbox to PC, and I would like some help to remake at least one build I had on the Xbox very quickly.

    I specifically need a Falchion, Claymore, Chester's Longcoat, Twinkling titanite, titanite Chunks/Slabs, and any extra souls to help with levels.

    I am currently SL 52, and my GFWL id is The Letter X. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
