Black Knight Greatsword question

Alright, so I am just curious as to if I should go 40/40 str/dex with using the BKGS. Would it be better to go pure str and just put enough points into dex for req.?

Sorry if this is a noob question but well...i'm a noob I suppose :o

Unless you have another weapon requiring dex, then yeah, just go enough dex for the BKGS.

imo this weapon has poor scaling, and is a little slow
have you tried to use a claymore?

I have and enjoyed it very much so, but for this specific character I wanted to go pure str. which I know I should just use the Demon's GreatAxe
but until I get it, ill just use the BKGS for "fun".
