Dear Gravelords...

To start off I doubt I've invaded any members of this forum tonight, but during my invasions in the depths I encountered 4-5 different gravelords.

All of which did the same thing. They had heavy armor, mask of **** and the gravelord sword. They all sat in the same area.

So please gravelords, be more creative than these guys. I understand the covenant is hard to be a part of but you have some of the most room for creativity, traps and generally sneaky tactics. USE THIS.

Then I shall take that to heart. I don't use heavy armour anyway because there are no super cool Gravelord sets and I can't use the Gravelord Sword. I also rarely ever complete the depths as I can't be bothered with it.

Anywho i prefer areas where more powerful creatures appear so invades are essentially force to come to me angry and upset. They make more mistakes that way.

I thinks masks are fine for a GL as they come from Pinwheel.

It was no inconvenience, hahaha. People in the sl 30 range with heavy armor are rather easy to dispatch, I just expect more out of those who gravelord.

And don't mind my mask comment, I just have a bias towards them.

As do I but only when a Gravelord wears them... Seems I'm biased that way too.

Sometimes I actually do wear a mask as a gravelord, but usually with light or medium armor. The reason is actually because of Pinwheel, he was a Gravelord servant, the mask statues, it just feels like the only piece of armor in the game actually associated with the gravelord. But yeah, those people sound like Glitchers/griefers or Anti-Griefers. When I did hang around the depths I had pretty **** gear, so darkmoons would destroy me given their high level.

Maybe they are all working together. And maybe they are noobs. See Tolvo's comment regarding masks. I also use one mask on 1 of my gravelord builds. Did the look completely identical?

Well, the times I have gravelorded in the depths I learned not to stand in one area once invaded. As a noob I did those things where I would just stand until the came to me. Now I just farm and drop an EoD and walk very slowly so people can see my sign. Its actually more fun that way.

By the way did you see multiple signs and where were they located.

I understand the mask thing a bit now, I overlooked that in my latenight drunkenness.

I don't think the guys were working together, but I could be wrong. I'm pretty sure they're all bbers because they had havels and giants armor and were in the sl30 range. I'm doubting they had beaten the game already at that level because they were not that great.

I actually didn't see the signs myself, I was invading as a darkwraith and invaded them.

looks like i need to go curse totg and ruin peoples day. i think the depths just spawn bp rats, now if it spawned a couple bp channelers near the boss...... that would be good.

It also spawns some torch wielding hallows.

Those Torch hollows are actually a bit dangerous if you aren't blocking when they do their flurry.

I'd hazard a guess there are also bp basalisks and slimes. I havent seen them myself though.

1 BP butcher. I guess if you are a starting level person just questing they will be hard enough.

I put the mask on when I Kill pinwheel as my first boss. do you know why? Because I am awesome, and I deserve a reward of such early retirement for the condition of pinwheel. Killing him with a club and firebombs is an awesome way to go, and I always kill him before the bull demon.

By the way that is quite ruthless what you do to pin wheel.

Pinwheel is an obstacle to my goal, which is to make other peoples journey a hard ship.

Plus, he is in my way of the silver ring, as well as my shield and secret rite. I usually obtain them all.
