Thanks man. I'm inverting the Faith and Int stats so my spells inflict horrible amounts of damage and I'm still able to use WoG.
I would have named my build the Scion of Artorias which to me sounds awesome.

Here it is!
Please rate-
Vit- 30 (1320HP)
Att-14 (3 Slots)
End- 35 (Good Stamina)
Str- 24 (Enough to use the Sword of Artorias)
Dex- 18 (Enough for the Sword)
Res-12 (Base)
Int-40 (Homing Soulmass, Soul Spear)
Fth- 30 (WoG)
Int/Fth can be reversed but I think Artorias should be more intelligent than faithful.

Wow nice. I set my guy as Artorias' Disciple. H wears the knights armour, heavy boots, tattered manchette, and either a hood or a helm of some kind.
That Wyrm looks awesome. But as an aesthettics man I could never get over the colour differences between the pieces of armour.

Yeah the helmet looks weird, but it's the only one that I could find similar to the one on the artbook. Ornstein's armor + Eastern leggins looks extremely similar, although the chest part of the armor in the artbook looks more than a cloth, similar to the knight's or elite knight's chest.

I finally got serious with this build.
Vit- 15
Att- 12
End-15
Str- 34
Dex-18
Res- 11
Int- 20
Fth-20
Thats it so far. The horrible downside is that my toon has not HP or stamina to fight with. Thus he relies on freaking out the enemy by switching between my Greater Soul Arrow and other Miracles.
The upside is that he does an amazing amount of damage against everything but the most heavily armoured of targets.

Get your vit to 30, and increase your endurance according to equipload. Increase Int up to 40 and the rest to faith. Dex up to 20 scales good.

In a 120 build its pretty hard to achieve that but thats what I was going for. Enough Int to use Soul Spear and Homing Soulmass. Enough Faith for Wog and GMB.

If you increase faith too, you'll sacrifice endurance and vitality, I have an Artorias Disciple, 50 int 30 faith 40 dex 20 vit 15 end. It dies fast.

Yeah I don't want to spread myself too thin. I'm not intending to specialise in any one skill and have the highest Vit/End I possibly can while keeping to the Artorias theme.

See Viral, this is why my Artorias build is going to be SL200-225 haha, plus in the Forest level doesn't matter all too much.

My Artorias is a Forest Hunter right now. And I don't feel the need to hit 200 I'll get all I need out of a 120 Artorias.

I'm bringing this one back simply to mention a few things about my buidl that I both like and dislike.
Firstly, whoever said the Greatsword of Artorias was only very effective at SL 200+ might have been over exaggerating just a tinsy winsy little bit. At SL 90, while it won't match up to Lightning +5, it is still very damaging to all but the heaviest and most upgraded of armours. Against lightly armoured targets it is particularly effective, not just because of its stunlock ability, but due to the high AR it throws out at them. Against Dragon Torso enemies a regular one handed R1 hit deals about 417 DMG, while the R2 hit can deal upwards of 620 DMG and send them flying. This was at STR 34, DEX 18, INT 20, and FTH 20.
Secondly, its easy to say that a Greatshield user is a total turtle, And thats true. They have to because they often weight in excess of 12.00 wieght units and have no capacity to parry. I can see why they are somewhat reviled as they can make BS fishing reallt very easy, but to me I see past that and often find huge comfort in knowing that very few attacks will get past this massive hunk of metal I'm carrying.
Thirdly, Now that I'm SL 90 and have VIT 30 I feel very confident in my ability to PvP competitively. Prior to this I was running around in the Forest with only VIT 15, not such a good idea.
Fourth, with INT 20 and FTH 20 I'm capable of doing mildly good spell damage and using all the utility stuff Dusk sells while also being able to heal and cast Replenishment. very off putting to an opponent who thinks they've nailed you style down to one specific stack.
Now onto the bad
1- I spread my stats way to evenly coming into the early PvP action of the game. While this build is great for PvE it becomes difficult to use effectively at lower SL's. I found that if I had simply gained the base stats for the Greatsword I could have then put points straight into END and VIT as I won't be able to use the Greatsword and Shield together untill a much higher SL. Thus I could have saved myself from being defeated so much.
2- While I can use spells and miracles I'm not really all that good with either. My AR is respectable and the health Heal grants me is okay but its nothing to grin about.
3- As with all Heavy Weapons users I'm now a slave to the Havels and DWGR combo. As much as I hate it it becomes a necessary evil when all your opponents do it and you are the slowest moving guy in town.
That about sums up my experiences of an Artotrias build. You agree with this Tolvo? Anyone else done one of these before and have pointers?

You are looking good. Wolf Ring is a no-go (you need to carry all that equipload with havel's ring medium rolling, and DWGR for countering tank flippers). Although if you are turtling you are safe with medium roll. What armor are you going to use finally? Only increase endurance for equipload @ 50% with havel's ring.
Edit: Check this out, my awesome armor with wolf ring gives 73 poise exactly to be in safe zone. 36 int for CSS and CHSM, TCC. 28 faith for WoG and GMB, Velka's tslisman. 548 AR GSoA. Mid roll with havel's ring. Exchange wolf with DWGR when needed.

The armour aside that was my revised build. I realised I only needed 28 faith for WoG and needed 36 Int for the Soul Spear and a decent Homing Crystal Soul mass.

In regards to the forest, do not invade with a Greatshield. The main issue is a Greatshield is useful lfor blocking one side of you, unless you can get them to choke points like the bridge. As well if a person is smart they can dead angle through the shield, though many Forest Farmers don't know how to dead angle. In open combat though, all they have to do is attack from two sides and you get easily screwed.

Yeah I can't use it with the sword and my armour so its on the bench for now. Still its a good allround build and I like it very much.

I think I may do that, nice idea Amos. Do you guys think he wielded the dark hand as a shield or secondary weapon?
