egghead monk

this is a fun pvp build i made

its a sl 60 build but could be leveled to sl 120 if needed

weapons: chaos +5caestus, lightning +5 caestus, gravelord gs and pyro glove
armour: egghead, sages rober, witches gloves and kirks leggins
rings: dwgr and hornets or dwgr and fap ring
spells: whatever u want i use undead minion n poisen/toxic mist for pve and mist or gc for pvp
important items: poisen darts and dund
inflict poisen or/and toxic to the enemy, bs if u hv an openibg and use the gravelord gs R2 attack for some easy damage

I like that someones actually making an egghead build now.

My suggestions are: Ditch the weapons you're thinking about and go with the pyro glove, chaos blade and the fury sword. Up your attunement a bit to use poison and toxic mist, chaos fireball/great fireball and possibly fire tempest. To be more in cannon with the theme here I'd mix kurks armor and gold hemmed possibly. Lastly I'd wear the rusted iron ring and the poison bite ring and invade in the swamps.

i based the build on the fact that poison/toxic in pvp makes u do errors the armor mix make me look ragged and dirty the sages also cover the fists...i love the swamp idea...i dont like cannons or over using magic but its a good idea for a mage egghead XD 'egghead sage' or firesage...i like using mist in close up spaces but i dont think it sould be as effective in the swapm ty m8 for ghe swamp suggestion howdident i think of this :shock:

I use the mists sometimes. They're great for getting away and healing. Just blast them at the opponent and run.

I did some invasions in the swamp and they were very fun. Many people seem to run around the swamp without the rusted iron ring so there was much fun to be had there.

If you're going to be using Chaos/Lightning weapons, then don't invest so many points into Str and Dex since you won't be getting any scaling. Just keep those at the minimum weilding requirements for the Caestus (which means you might not even need to invest any points into Str/Dex at all, the Caestus has stupid low requirements if I remember) and put those extra points into Vit and End, or maybe some attunement for pyromancies. The egghead is a symbol of the Chaos Servants, so Pyromancies seem acceptable even on a monk build.

i use the gravelord gs often againts stunlockers n in 3v1 thats why the 24 str i messed the dex coz i forgot gravelord gs dex requirement so i just put in 20 as i said i do use pyro but as most my buids dont use spells i ushly forget to use themXD or over use them if i remember i have them so if i were to make a better version of this build i would but the points in att or vit instead dex the egghead thing was also just came to my head in a flash so my start class was a cleric (it was soppose to be a fai based monk)

If you're using an egghead then you need to join the chaos servants covenant so your maggot attack will infect other players with egg heads. Ranking up makes the infection more likely so go get +3!

Fed is definitely right ,

If you are not even in the Chaos covenant you will not be able to infect anyone at all.
