how did patches manage to trick reah, vince AND nico into that pit? surely they would have figured out what was going on after the first pit kicking.

It went something like this, as I said in the Silver Knights thread.

Vince- Hey man what do you think of this who Undead Mission thing were on?

Nico- Hmmmmnmmmanannm

Vince- Dude you always say that....

Reah- Shut the hell up you two can't you see this is serious. I'm talking with this nice man over here who told me there was treasure down there.

Wow Viral. He might have got all three to look at once? Or they lined up for him and he got them all with one kick? Or they lined up in a line and he managed to kick them one by one without the others noticing.

Reah/Vince-"What the hell is wrong with you!"

Patches-"Sorry, I slipped on the stones, they're awful slippery."

Vince-"Well, let's try and get him out of there."

*Patches kicks him down too*

Reah-"What the *** man?"

Patches-"Oh no, my foot is possessed by the abyss, quickly back away from its evil!"

Reah-"Oh my!"

Reah backs up and falls into the pit.

Patches-"Man, what a bunch of idiots. Hey, some other dude is coming. Better ask him if he's a cleric or not."

how about he tricked Reah down there and Nico and Vince just jumped down to protect her? Isn't that their quest afterall?

Without taking a violent revenge upon Patches?

You know, patches could kick down Reah, and they just panick and jump after? Sure, Reah isn't their girlfriend, but if my girlfriend would get kicked down in a pit somewere I would dive after her and think about that jerk who kicked her AFTER I have made sure she's okay...but that's just me

I'm just saying that in my head, my girlfriend goes before revenge, my girlfriend goes before everything, and I can assume that in the head of Nice and Vince, their misson goes before everything, and their misson was to protect Reah

There's being romantic, and there's suicide haha.

I get wanting to save her, but just jumping down is kind of foolish. Now, I imagine they could actually see prism stones down there if it was the case, or heard her at the bottom yell since it isn't too far of a fall. I don't think they would just dive into blackness, otherwise they would have died early on in this place.

Let me explain it like this Tolvo, I got a brother that is 7 years younger than me, and when my family was at a place, kind of a "water adventure land" my brother got stuck in a kind of flood system (don't know the word in english) However, the thing that happened was that he tryed to walk one direction, but the water pulled him away and forced him to deeper places where he could not touch the bottom. (He could not swim either)

Me myself was standing on a bridge, trying to see where my brother were...and then I saw him, BEING UNDER WATER WITH A HAND HOLDING HIS NOSE AND THE OTHER WAVING IN PANIC!

I can say that I don't remember anything about what happened, cause second after, I was down in the water, having him with his arms around my neck.

With other words, I never THOUGHT about jumping down, I just did it. I never had to think of what to do, my body reacted without my thoughts, and did what was necessary to save him.

Sure, I could have standed on the bridge thinking "My brother is under water, there is other people around, I shouldn't just jump, I might hit someone, I should run down the stairs instead, it just takes me about 10 seconds longer to reach him that way"

Get my point?

However there are 2 of them not just one. One jumps down one staysup and reaks violent revenge on Patches.
