nice 1 thing when she uses the cristal breath thell her to not lock on and anticipate your opponent movement if it she learns to use it at medium range wt no lock on the spell becomes a real pain in the *** for thoes pesky farmres

Re: The Men in Tights
Anyway I had a good day in the forest today. I had 6 summons. 5 were vs farmers and the other was against a I guy who dueled me honourably. I had 5 wins and 1 loss. Guess which one I lost. But I did learn a fair bit about pvp so Im happy.

Nice work Dough, and learning from your losses is the most important part of experience if you ask me.

BS is probably the most used way to kill people haha. Though in FC it isn't allowed.

Re: The Men in Tights
I've never found a spell R2 of a weapon useful. I'd use the GLGS R2 over the MLGS R2 haha.

Re: The Men in Tights
The first time I fought it I blocked the first and it dealt very little but I tried runnng to the ents (it was 2v1) and got hit in the back for massive damage.

What shield were you using? It deals magic damage.

Re: The Men in Tights
It was the bloodshield. It blocked a surprising amount of damage considering how much it did to my unprotected back.

Re: The Men in Tights
hmmmno. I was doing my battle dance which involves circling back and forth randomly trying to separate the 2. Given its 30% mag block I cant explain it.

Re: The Men in Tights
Yeah that doesn't make any sense to me, but either way I did forget that you are a slower moving toon, so dodging that ability might be a bit more difficult for you.

Actually I am under 50% with Havel's and I switch to the flip ring *** soon as I get to the forest. Just like pvp its something Ive got to get used to.

Re: The Men in Tights
I do sometimes invade with the medium roll, but typically yeah the DWGR is pretty much necessary in the forest, though for duels I almost always go without it. Any more interesting hunts today?

Nope, my dad stole the internet back so I cant invade for awhile. Probably best considering how much uni work I have to do.

Re: The Men in Tights
I have some tales from last night.
I invaded a lady who just finished off an invader. She bows, I bow. She backstabs me and kills me. Lame but at least I died with honor. I invaded her again (which sounds wrong but oh is it right). She bows, forgetting I just saw her. Poison knife to the face and enough distance to buff the great scythe with the lemon fresh power of sun. She wasn't prepared for that and you can probably guess the rest.
I invade her lush forest again and she still tries to bow. I just stand there. She summons a white. In comes a blue in hiding who who flushes her into being cornered at the stairs. For fun we bith WoG spam her then cut her to ribbons. Poor white barely had time to look around.
Fun comments for the night. My stepdaughter watched most of my fights (went to bed late). After a gs riposte: "That looked horrible."
My daughter wakes up shortly after and I decided to get Dusk's gear again. Her favorite part:"He's climbing a ladder"

Re: The Men in Tights
In her defence ladders are interesting. My sister was watching me sunbro in the painted world last night and she kept telling me I was climbing the ladder funny.
