    Welcome to the forum guy. For future reference posts like this belong in the player help section. There's a trick to Ceaseless. If you grab the gold hemmed armor and then turn and run for the entrance he'll follow you but stumble and reach his hand out to steady himself. Throw yourself into his hand with everything you've got and you'll bag him before he recovers.
