Summoning Issue

When putting a summon sign down, is ther a difference if you are hallow or not? it seems to be hader to be summoned when I am NOT hallow.

Have you kept your hotkey on your summon stone?

If you are in a high traffic area while human and you haven't beat the boss sometimes your sign will darken and a lighten meaning that you are getting jumped from invasion to summoning. Usually if you quit the game and reload it fixes the problem. But as far as I know being hollow and being human does not affect white summoning.

Being Human or Undead shouldn't have anything to do with being summoned. As what Yukon said, maybe you're currently in a high traffic area. Reloading the game usually works for me. With the newest game updates, it made summoning a lot easier than before. I remember waiting for my friend's sign to appear for about 2+ hours back in the days. Yes, we were trying to figure out how to make the sign appear much easier back then, but the newest updates already fixed most of it.

It's always easier to be summoned hollow. If you must be human place your sign somewhere only you and your host know about. You will be away from traffic so you won't get summoned by other hosts. If the boss is dead it doesn't matter but if the boss is alive and your human you have to compete with dw and dm invasions. I've found if you get summoned by a friend once it gets easier its just that first summon that is a pain.
