Super Easy Roll BS Counter.

So I ran into this dude in the Kiln recently, and for whatever reason we CONSTANTLY invade each other. 4/5 times usually. Anyway, we take the opportunity to try all kinds of weird ****, and in our last fight he was pretty close to death so he was fishing hard for a roll BS. As we're doing footsies all over the place, I'm wondering what to do, and suddenly it clicks... UNLOCK AND TURN AROUND.

Just before he rolls I do this. Easy BS. I've always feared the roll BS 'cause it's pretty effing effective, but I'm psyched now. We've tried this many times with 100% success. If he gets into roll BS position, it's over. Just thought i'd throw that out there for you guys, as this community is generally receptive to tips like this.

I'm now considering the implications of baiting a roll BS with spell cancels... and it is awesome.

Nice tip, I almost always defeated by a roll BS. I suck at non-lock fighting but I'll practice this.

I'm not real good at it either, but it's pretty easy to spot fishing. It'd be useful if we had a thread detailing specific counters to tactics as a reference tool for frustrated players.

I thought this was something well known...when i started fighting without Lock-On a whole new world of PvP goodness appeared before me & i also discovered this little gimmick although I'm not 100% successful with it.

A great tip for people who have problems with Roll BS-ers.
