@op: if your buing a headset for dar/demons souls then dont bother the game dosent support voice chat. and you cant cross game voice chat either.

I would think about price. For me I would recommend proper headphones including a Mic which cost a little bit more.
First I had a cheap headset with one speaker and a microphone. its okay for a casual gamer who just needs to talk. "cheap" and effective! I had to support Logitech on this one, but I am sure any other will do the work also!
Then I bought a more expensive official Sony PS3 headset with 2 phat speaker and microphone AND adjustable sound volume and adjustable balancing between ingame sound an others microphones. The adjustement of sound is brilliant! it also has 3D Dolby built in which makes a wonderful gaming experience. PLUS: you can game and no one else hears it!
