I only took damage from the laser sweep, and I use crest shield also. I am usually melee oriented for awhile until I build up for other things :/

I just happened to have the fireball and enough souls to upgrade the glove so I figured why not.

WOW I JUST WON A PVP MATCH WITH 22 HEALTH LEFT! WOOT

The guy had a chaos greatsword, and I a silver knight sword. He hit me 3 times and my health goes to 22, I try to parry and miss, but he also missed the attack by hitting the wall, so I go and hit him and roll back. I repeat this 4 times and he almost dies. I could not believe my eyes, then he tried to run and I go after him and hit him with a normal R1 attack for 80 damage and he dies. Wow what a fight! I will take a screenshot of my health!
