Vit is kinda low.. do you want white dragon breath? cos it's pretty slow and lame-ish... I'd do this:

More health and stamina, but you have less attunement slots. I'd say having 1 more slot to have 6 and have 31 vit would be okay, but I strongly recommend you have more Vit as a PvP build, you're not gonna use all the spells anyways.

If this is for PvP, it probably won't do very well. Those spells aren't very good for PvP. Pricilla's dagger isn't a really good weapon (it seems like it should be, but it isn't). 26 vitality is really low too. I like Rant's suggestion. That build will do better at PvP.
