I agree with Serious, 16-year-olds behind the wheel is a little questionable to me...

Oh you have no idea. I was not anxious to get my learners even when I was first able. By the way you can get learners at 15 and some months in Maryland. I'm taking my time in getting my license; I have no desire to rush this. Most of my classmates who drive openly admit to ignoring speed limits; I have no desire to share the road with that.

I'll have you guys know I'm a fine driver... I don't even speed. If you want bad drivers, try watching any of my grandparents. My grandma thought you could turn left on red :|

 ... There needs to be a max driving age as well as a minimum...

I've always stood by that 16 year olds are some of the best drivers because we can't afford to make any mistakes or else we lose our license

Yet all drivers under 21 say that and STILL make those mistakes silly

Ha depends on the individual. Like I said I know a lot of them who admit to speeding regularly but then again I live in a somewhat rural area.

In my opinion I think when old people hit the age of...say 50 they should be tested every couple years.. just saying xD

I speed =-= I admit it, but i'm not another jerk on the road... I swear. I might go about.. eh 15 over the speed limit, but i'm a very safe driver ^~^ I watch for others as well I think for myself.. I think I hate driving out of town though.. Highways are never safe...

The average speed here is usually 10 over the speed limit, though I try to stay near the speed limit, much to the frustration of other drivers on the road (the usual here is to speed, rolling stop at stop signs, not let people merge on the highway, etc. etc., makes me upset sad).

No simulators are required here, at least not for the school I used, though you need a certain number of hours in between the three tests.

I enjoy making those who can't drive (Speeders who don't watch what the hell their doing)
very angry, I purposly either slow down, or cut them off just as they did to me.

It really bothers me when they wont let you in if there is a sign telling you
the lane you're currently in is ending because of construction and no one will f'ing move.
