Troble with chat

Ehi,
i didn't know where else to post this, since there isn't a support section: i think people don't see my messages on chat...i mean i thought they were just ignoring at first, but then i tried to cuss everyone's family out, just to see if they would respond...nothing.
anyway to fix this?
