I have no idea what that's a license for even. Is that driving? Here we have a learner's permit where the rules are really restrictive on when and with whom you can drive then a full license where rules aren't much better until you're 18. Also congrats on whatever you just got

lol we have 4 levels. Learner (L's) - Must be 16 yrs old. You must have a full liscensed driver in the car with you. Must complete 120 hrs and hold them for 1 year. Everyone else on the road hate yuo and wants to kil you because yuo are limited to 80km/hr (50mi/hr). 0 blood achohol.
Red Provisionals (Red P's) - Limited to 90km (56mi) and must hold them for one year. 0 blood alcohol. Cant have anyone else in your car after 11pm.
Green P's - 0 blood acohol, can go 100km (62mi). Must hold for 2 years.
Full liscence (blacks) - Are allowed blood alcohol of 0.50. No other restrictions.

I hope you mean .05 since if I recall health class correctly .40 is often fatal. Our drinking and driving laws are similar but .08 us the no no limit

I'd rather not then Dough. We had that once for about a week when I was little. I've also done roofing before where it can be even hotter. I'll stand by my preference for sub zero temperatures (Fahrenheit that is.......well below zero Celsius). This is why the Giant Spider threat is low in NY. The crazy temperature variations stunt their growth.
