Elite Knight Armor Rebuff?

Hey, on one of my toons Magnus, I'd been using eastern set with a claymore, but just recently I took a look at my elite knight armor, and discovered that it gives me 46 poise...

I was under the impression that EKA was nerved to 34 poise, but nope, my Armor gives me the full 46...

I have not in any way modded or glitched my game...what's going on?

xbox has it as 46 still. The patch never reached it.

Why'd they nerf the armor?
