anything funny?

post any experiences in dark souls you thought was funny, random, or just plain wtf moments.

for example: i was gravelording in sens fortress and i already cleared all the snake men around the middle section and was just running around cause no one had invaded me yet. i ran through the top pendulums forgetting to stop in the middle, i got hit and fell off but landed on one of the lower pendulums and my character proceeded to stand up and swing on the pendulum like he was at the carnival. i then got invaded and the dark spirit just stood there mind boggled. i tried using the wave gesture but when i did i went into the animation of being hit by the pendulum and fell to my death.

Ran past damn near all the mobs in Anor Londo, crossed the O&S gates, got hit through the fog by either an SK spear-man or one of the miracle Giants, got knocked right into Ornstein who killed me in 1 hit.

speaking of ornstein, i walked in the fog gate and ornstein does his dash attack thing and goes strait through the fog gate never to be seen again. me and my two phantoms then proceed to kill smough but ornstein never shows up. ornstein just totally ditched smough and left him to die. we stood there for 10 min until i sent them home.

Was in Darkroot Garden fighting Forest Hunters when 2 Invaded me & my White Phantom.
The White Phantom rounded up all the Forest Hunter NPC's ran over to me.
I panicked & in my haste rolled off the edge, the White Phantom followed, so did the NPC's & the
2 Forest Hunter Invaders.

Thought it was worth quite the giggle!

The other day i was killin sinners in the forest and i vaded this guy as i ran toward the bonfire where the host was waiting i noticed a vagrant on the cliff where you get the wolf ring...first and only one ive ever seen. I ran up to the host and did the beckon gesture he followed me i waited for him to kill the vine things and pointed at the vagrant...he ran off this cliff and died.i messaged him and asked if he saw it(it shot at him right before he fell to his death) and he said "no i thought you were telling me to jump off" lol...then i had to explain vagrants to him. He said it was gone when he went and checked.

Ser Issac and I are playing the the story in jolly cooperation. We're in the catacombs and he pulls one of the levers to turn the bridge. I procede to go across and fight the skeletons only to realize that he had turned the lever again and that I was falling to my death. I died listening to him laughing. Good times.

I had been farming some souls by helping people out with the Centipede Demon and had gathered a decent amount for the upgrades I needed, so off to farm some titanite I go, so naturally I unequip my orange charred ring and get the covetous serpent ring on the go.

Enjoy my time farming shards and decide to head back to the centipede demon to provide some more assistance. Get summoned, all is well. Boss battle begins, I charge across the lava to engage the centipede demon.

Me: "Hey my health seems to be going down pretty qui- OH CRAP!"

Had forgot to re-equip my orange charred ring, died as I desperately tried to sprint back to solid ground. Hilarious and embarrassing at the same time. Messaged the host apologising for my epic fail and he was rather gracious about it. Still makes me laugh and facepalm in equal measure now

Similar to you I was helping RagingDragon with 4 Kings and I forgot to put on artorias ring I died and he died, was sad lol

Where a skeleton parried my attack in the Catacombs, and I somehow fell through the ground and fell for at least a minute until dying. What's funny was that even when it said "You Died" it just zoomed in and still showed me dying.

I swear one time I saw a Black knight ghost moon walking.

i managed to fall off a cliff in darkroot garden close to the bonfire. i managed to survive but i landed right next to one of those big red frogs, it was inbetween the two giant trees that you can kill but dont attack you. i went up to the part where you find the elite knight set and noticed the fog gate to that area was still up. i proceeded to go through the fog gate backwards. as soon as i went through i fell through the ground and started endlessly falling for 5 min until i died.
good advice for all those who read this "dont go through a fog gate the wrong way."

I had a 20 min fist fight with a guy. That was hilarious! I WON!

I was invading in the forest last weekend. Saw 2 guys at the stairs waiting for me so i twop and run to them thinking they where gankers. When i reached them i saw they both where wearing smough armor with the mimic hat and both slowly walked to the edge, waved to me and jumped down to their deaths.

Got me a nice 870k souls from them and send them a thank you message xD

What the, the what?
Got invaded in catacombs...invader is standing on rotating bridge gesturing and such. I walk to the edge of bridge by the door closest to the switch target him and start flinging poo. Instant toxic...guy freaks and tries to run only to fall to his death in his surprised and hasty retreat. Good times! =D

My kiln got gravelorded when I was going for gywn. I ran past all the knights. A knight hit me in the back as I stepped through the fog and dropped me to about 1 hp. Gywn then owned me in 1 hit.

I've seen videos of those two pvping, its awesome

Invading in the forest, it was a 2v1. After a few minutes, the host was about as close to death as you could be when I got backstabbed by his phantom. I thought it was over, but at the end of the animation when he kicked me off his sword, it was in the direction of the host. I was kicked into him causing 4 damage and a kill. I was left with 12hp.

To make it even better, I got hatemail from them.

Another funny fail on my part lol.

2v2 in the forest, me and another hunter vs 2 gankers. I parry riposte the host with my SLB murakumo+hornets combo thinking i got a ohko on him. I do the point down gesture as to my horror i see him stand up again and his buddy backstabs me with his SLB greataxe for a ohko. then mr.ganker does the point down on me lol. i guess i deserved it xD.

i invaded in lower blighttown and i couldnt find the host anywhere, so i started going towards the elevator thing by where shiva is and as soon as i get onto the platform to go up i hear an extremely loud scream that scared the crap outa me, and the message "target destroyed" because of the angle i had my camra the scream of the host falling became magnified.
