Stuck in Painted World at sl 35 ps3, need assistance!! (RESOLVED)

So I'm trying to make a powerful low level build and didn't really need to go to the Painted World but wanted to pick up Acid Surge for the trophy.

I ended up in over my head, my main weapon the washing pole is almost broken, I don't see any summon signs probably because of my lvl, and I'm running out of humanity.

If anyone here has a similar build and is willing to lend a hand It would be appreciated. Remember, PS3.

No, when I was buying the boxes from the blacksmith I was low on souls and just got the weapon reinforce and bottomless box.
