Fanfiction Forum!

I've been to a few different forums for the souls series, but none stand out the way this one does in terms of friendliness and a more concise approach to being informative for the series. With that being said I think it would be nice to include a fanfiction section. Expanding on the clandestine story that is presented by From could expand on all of our experiences! I know some are asking for a fanart forum and such, maybe we could do a general art corner for fanart, SIG making and fanfiction!

There's been some interest here and there. One member is working on a graphic novel and others have done character stories, etc. The covenant section has a thread for covenant interaction lore. If you're doing more of a narrative approach I made a Museum in the Off Topic section where any type of art is welcome. I would just ask that longer stories be placed in one or more spoilers.

Yeah, realistically when the demand is relatively low making a forum for it might be foolish. Alas, one can dream. I'm working on a piece about Anastacia interacting with my main build, a thief and exploring why she's so guilt ridden! I'll check out your suggestions skarekrow! Thanks!

Anytime. Also there's a creative writers thread that's pretty darn solid you might want to give a go (off topic again). I don't participate since I am neither creative nor a writer but it might be a good fit for you.

That is on my short list of sections if I see the need arise. It's all about reduction of clutter and ease of moderation while also accomodating expansion.

My only request, is that for the love of god just don't let the section get filled with Yaoi, Yuri, and Hentai fanfiction. My Dark Souls, I don't want to see that happen to it.

I would not mind one... Seems scattered at the moment from general to PvP to covenant to off topic to archives...

I'd cry a little inside. The only time I've laughed at Yaoi fanfiction is when it was a Tetris Fanfiction. It exists by the way.

At the moment we have the covenants section, where we are slowly building a small timeline within the dark souls universe. We work hard to keep in consistent and our covenants events actually affect this timeline. You should check out the "Finest Hour" thread in the covenants section if you want to see what we've done so far.

I am very partial to fan made art, music, etc so would love to see more. I just know if you all had it your way we'd have 100 subsections!

Nuh uh

We need a video section, a fan art section, but then a separate music section. Then we need a lore section and a funny pics section, and a bakery section ...
