It's nasty. But no one accused it of it not being uber-useful.

I take out the mask for a Big Hat and I have to lower Vit and increase End. Max HP is 1686, with 16 mere additional lightning resistance, which I'm trying to set high. *** that, I say mask is OP.

And DMB + Washing Pole gives me 800 AR. DPS is insane, insane magic defense with GMB, insane lightning defense, insane HP, insane WoG, insane bow which gives ~200 damage per moonlight arrow, insane poise...but the looks.....

No real change to the builds defense, yet 35 more AR

I actually think the MotM is actually cool looking.
On to my point nice build but if anything should be called ugly it should be that Stone Armour ~ NASTY!

Stone armor is my favorite armor pieces in the game, it's gloves and hand pieces are epic looking, and nothing looks funnier then wearing the helmet, gloves, and nothing else with green skin, then using fist weapons. (also effective with a wolfs ring)

Green skin? I'm officially confuzzled.

No way jose. It is atrocious, a vile beast, a demon from the pits of hell, so hideous it burns the eyes, a single look will turn you into the same stone as the armour itself much like the powers of a Medusa, scarier than a backstab and worse than looking at a piece of mouldy bread with a thick spread of Vegemite on top (no butter).
Anyone who wears it has a terrible sense in looks and it's like a dead give away to wether some ones a N00B or not.

I'll be checking that out. I usually just took the preset faces and picked a body type, usually Very Slim, I don't know if it has a smaller hit-box, but if any of the bodies do have a smaller hit-box it would be that one, right?. I do mess around with the hairstyles but that's pretty much it.

Eh, I do like the look of the Stone Armor helm. Just because it looks like an old Olmec carving.

I prefer stone armor to havels any day. But yes I like how it looks, what Rynn said.

The mask is ugly to make up for it's rather good ability.

It's FROM's way of challenging you to sacrifice something for it's ability, in this instance your pride, looks and credibility.

@Rant my vision is so crappy that I didn't even realize that the Stone armor was "moss-covered." I always thought it was just a green shading it had, I only found out otherwise when I read the item description.

lol, the first time i saw the giants i was like 'i want that armor!'. it's one of my favourite armors in the game along with the shield which looks so cool.

Me too rant, it looks epic. I hope they nerf it or something. Looks perfect for faith builds.

I still think it's one of the worst looking. Sorry my opinion.

I hate havels armor with all my heart, yet lots of guys love it. My favorite looking heavy armor is the golem set. Different tastes!

havel and giant's armor is so ugly and im not saying because everyone is wearing it i just dont like them, havel's gloves look badass though, that about the only good thing about those two sets and youre wrong wyrm, black iron armor is the bes looking, TARKUS!!!

I usually take Havels Gloves on armor sets if I'm in desperate need of poise, because of all his armor, it's the least likely to make me want to shout; "Hey, look at this *** over here!"

(I really just feel like that when I see really awkward looking armor.)

Also, I just don't like the lore behind havels armor. He made it out of stone. And? We also have -stone armor-... and it looks 5 times as cool and functional as his stuff.

I think havels gauntlets and the giants helm both look really cool. The giants chest and havels chest look like from made them knowing they would become troll icons.
