I have a mid-range laptop and I run Diablo 3 with all settings on the highest, save for "physics" which I have set to Low instead of High.
...Granted my laptop would not be able to run it this way if I wasn't overclocking the GPU like mad, haha.

Don't buy Diablo 3. It requires constant online play, it's pay2win and centered round the real money auction house, it's full of hackers and glitchers, and blizzard are doing nothing to stop it. I'm warning you, stick to Diablo 2. You'll blow through Diablo 3 in no time at all and since there's no variation on builds theres no reply value. Trust me, I've played D3.
