No idea. I know her appearance is pretty buggy. Once my knight on NG+ who had never upgraded any glove saw her before fighting quelaag so i cant tell you if she appears before or after the fight or what happens if you trade.

if you have a +10 up it to +15 just to make sure, youre gonna upgrade it anyway. she alwasy appears when you get a glove to +10, she always shows up. i had her not show up when i had a +10 but then i reset the game and she was there(same with solaire).
