Rayne silently looked up at Wulf's words, taking note of the others around him, he wondered what it was that his comrade had smelled, Rayne's eye's squinted from staring at the flame for so long, though his masked features looked far more ominous than it had previously Rayne kept a steady face. "If it is alright, I would like to check the border's of the perimeter. Just as a precaution." Rayne spoke quietly, the mask over his mouth muffling some of the noise. Pulling the hood of his head piece over his head, Rayne stood up, and grabbed one of the blades that had been residing on his back, pulling it's comforting grip into the palm of his hand.

He had not expected them to still be here. The Gravesworn should have returned straight to the ToG, not stayed aroud the bonfire chatting like a bunch of girl scouts. He hd almost revealed himself emerging from the altar, and he was now stuck. He watched as they talked, seeing the one named Wulf glance in his direction multiple times. COuld the bastard smell him? Or was there someone else here? Wulf turned to Drake and said something, which made Rayne grab his sword and begin checking the perimeter. Here was his chance.
I figured Id write this since it worked. It also gives you room to decide whether it was my guy he smelt or another person.

"What is it Wulf?" Drake stood, grabbing a firm hold of his halbred as he scanned their surroundings. Never one to doubt the ever alert senses of his companion Drake moved forward away from the fire to allow his eyes to better adjust to the dark. "Whoever watches us, step forward!" Drake yelled into the dark veil ahead of him, "Or I will claim your soul for Lord Nito!"

Impressive he thought, they have skills we didn't expect. Well unfortunately for them they chose the wrong member to show them off on. He scanned over their assembled figures. Drake stood in the centre, Wulf and Moon to his right, Rayne on the left. Avrik was sitting at the bonfire still, looking amused. Slowly, quietly he unsheathed his blade. Speed would be his friend here, Drake was tough but slow, Gabranth had shown him that. He counted down, 3 ... 2 ... 1 ... go. He leapt from the bushes, a blast of magic leaving his hand headed straight for Drake. The dread knight turned, his shield blocking the blast but in doing so obscured his vision. The man flew to the left, talisman falling into his sleeve and grabbing his whip, and he sprinted straight at Rayne. The warrior only had one weapon out, and chose to 2 hand it rather than risk drawing his second. He readied his blade for a sweep, when the blast of force impacted Drake's shield, breaking upon it. The backlash spun into Rayne, upsetting his balance, while Moon and Wulf were knocked off their feet as they attempted to move to Rayne's aid. The man jumped onto Rayne's blade and sprinted up its length, stepping onto his shoulder and leaping past the group. Drake swung his halberd around but was too slow, and barely missed taking off Rayne's head instead. The man rolled into his landing as Wulf jumped up and ran after him. But he was too late, the darkness claimed the man.
The group stood around panting watching after him. A cackle was heard from the bonfire, where Avrik sat laughing at the incident.

i can change it a bit if you feel it embarrased you guys a bit too much, but that was Eidolas.

"Wulf, it's time to test your tracking skills. Rayne, Adrasteia, Moon, form on me we will be pursuing this man." As Drake watching Wulf pickup the strangers trail he struggled to hold back a burst of laughter. Watching that stranger leap over Rayne had been quite funny to see and as it replayed in his mind Drake could not help but laugh. From behind Drake Wulf shouted, "I've got his trail, he's headed up towards the Burg!" Drake quickly regained his composure, "Very good, Wulf you take the lead."
