Invisible Egghead Maggot-Attack

A few minutes ago my girlfriend was invaded by a Darkwraith who appeared to be having a regular male human head, untill he kicked and exposed the maggot :cyclops:

haha it was truly unexpected and looked quite awkward to say the least.

I have an egghead build myself and I know they don't appear when you hover over a summon-sign ,but Ive never seen this before lol ,

Is it a registered glitch that the egghead might not appear noticable at all when invading ?

I have an egghead char but haven't seen this. I take it the invader wasn't wearing any helm or anything? All the DW egghead invaders I've seen had the egghead visible (which looks great in red btw).

He wasn't wearing a helmet since I could clearly see his fresh cut haircut lol.
