Well that depends how the nachos killed you. If they kill you peacefully in your sleep, then yes, but if you die choking on it, then that pack of dogs isn't looking so bad now (although it would still look pretty bad)

I'm all for that law, if teens are allowed to drink, it removes the rebellious aspect and encourages safety while allowing the parent to moniter the situation.
In short, it removes the novelty. Not for everyone or all the time obviously.
