You dont need 99 vit, you really dont want a crystal weapon with only the bare minimum stats to wield the zwei. You want more stamina so you can swing the zwei more. http://mugenmonkey.com/darksouls/?c=2816709394266842 Thats what I would do.

Survivability? I-frames, some poise, and defense. Also why crystal when you can have lightning.
