I will update the OP
First wave will start at 11am PST.
Second wave starts at 6pm PST.
Please drop your eyes of death in in havels basement for the first 15 mins or so, so that invaders have a chance to connect with you and get in your lobby.
If possible please join the ESPERNET server IRC chat room so that you can speak with other member instantly: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/608635-dark-souls/65339619
If you are having trouble connecting feel free to post on the chat or here, and gravelords and invaders can summon each other and then black crystal out, to bring them onto each others lobby. From that point on you should be able to see their gravelord sign provided they aren't already being invaded by 3 people.
