Broken Pendant Not Dropping

I have seen this topic quite a bit but i haven't been able to find an answer to my issue. I have gone through all the necessary steps to make the golem drop the pendant. I have killed Hydra, killed gold dolem talked to Dusk, summoned dusk, bought all items from her, went through her whole dialogue, and went into the Duke's Archives and killed the right golem, and nothing. The character I am going through this on is on new game + and i have already played through the content on my first playthrough, and played it on a couple other characters. I am not sure if this will help since Dusk's body was laying at the spot it does after you kill her or open the DLC before I killed her and still no portal. I am on 360.

You need to have placed the lord vessal.

I have gone into the Duke's which requires the placement of the Lordvessel, also I have killed every single boss minus gywn.

Seems to me you have done all that is needed..

I have even reinstalled the DLC onto my xbox and still the same thing happened.

The copy of the game and the dlc, are they from the same region?

Yes, I believe so since I have played through the DLC already on multiple characters, including this one before I went to NG+.

Were you human? this might sound stupid but maybe it had something to do with it , i'm just thinking out loud :/ since you seem to have done everything right..

Edit: And also i meant when killing the golem to get the pendant , not being in there per say.

I'm pretty sure my game is bugged right now, I'm gonna try another character I haven'd done the DLC with to see if he can get it or not.

Edit: Tried another character and still no drop. Made sure I had saved Dusk before heading to Duke's, and I had killed her already. Not sure if that has anything to do with it but I don't think that matters at all.

I'm confused, so you killed her? Maybe it's like Ingward's key, if you kill him you may not get it. And why would you kill her? :shock:

I mainly killed her because it never worked even when she was alive, and I was getting frustrated with the whole thing. But I may have found the reason, it seems any character that was boxed wont get the pendant anymore. Even though I got it when I first installed the DLC. I found this out since I started a new character and he got the pendant first try and the two character, before that didn't get the drop, were boxed before it was removed.

Bottomless box glitch, both of the characters I tried with were PVP characters and I got tired of running around trying to find what I needed to make them viable.
