Use the wide horizontal sweeps of the Curved Greatsword's moveset to your advantage.

Remember that in PvP, and in some cases in PvE, the Server's health restoration works even after an enemy is technically dead, until their death animation ends.

On a more serious note, if you want a high damage output, you need to go on a dexterity path. The 2h r2's are really good for stunlocks, and the 1h r2 can be used very well against multiple enemies. But, my build for the Server is this:
