Marino this is a joint effort and you have not only done really well in thinking this out so far but most important of all you truly care, and are dedicated. Alright so a skype group is up and running, so far only four people are in this group but I'm looking to expand these numbers. Just for the record players from all platforms can join in on the group, just send me a friend request and I can add you to the group.
Also, looking at the calendar I'm thinking that the event we be scheduled sometime late this month or early next month. It'll probably be a 12 hour long event starting UTC 1:00 PM ending UTC 1:00 AM. Would everyone be okay with this?

From what I've seen many people prefer an event date to be on a weekend, so possibly on the 24th or 31st would be a good date for the event. I'm still kind of waiting for results with the cestuses at the moment.
Regardless, it will probably be on the 24th or 31st, if not those the 7th will also work too.
