I am unable to report posts

This is literally what it says in the title.
Whenever I click the report to a moderator/admin a message comes up saying I am unable to report post hack. Any assistance on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Down below in the bottom left are three buttons.  

There is a triangle, it sends you to the top of the page.

There is a single sort of olive exclamation point, this is the report button. 

There is a third button that is two exclamation points side by side and a small lock symbol, this is to lock a post for new reports.

The third button is for moderators only.

You are are clicking the third button, not the one in the middle with is a single exclamation point between the third and the first which is a triangle.  Click the one in the middle to report a post.

I tried this and still it doesn't work, so that is unfortunate.

Ah okay, you don't have an issue going on and you can still report posts.

It means the post you are trying to report has already been reported.  I imagine it is from that one troll, to my knowledge every post of theirs has been reported so no one can report them further.  This is so that mods don't get flooded with reports pointing them to the exact same post.  I hope that clears it up.

Tolvo is right tho, you are probably reporting a post already reported.

The Troll was dealt with pretty swiftly by Fex.  Good on her.
