I don't mean to be that 1uper, but introvert in an extroverted society. I literally cannot remember feeling wanted, by anyone, ever. Tolerated is as good as it gets.

(I do have friends, and they probably do actually want me around, that does not mean I'm made to feel that way however)

The point of that was to illustrate my experience.

My actual point is, you liking yourself is all thats important. If someone else doesn't like/want you, its their loss, not yours, so f**k em. so long as you maintain the attitude I suggest, anyways.

I very much agree with this. Introverts are generally unwanted, and always have been. I love to say this when people ask why I don't talk to much people.

Hey did any of you guys actually end up buying Dragon's Crown? I'm thinking about buying a PSN game tonight, and I was considering it but wanted the opinion of an actual gamer that actually played it before I drop the $50. I noticed that the file size is surprisingly small for a full game, which is a little strange. It's only 1.3 gigs.


On a side note, I was at my mother's house last week sorting through some old boxes of crapola from when my brother and I were kids, and I found my brother's collection of Wing Commander games, which were shockingly easy to run on a newer computer/operating system, and coincidentally are awesome. I have fond memories of sitting and watching my brother play WC2 for hours on end when I was really young, but I never tried my hand at any of them. I was just too young to really understand what any of it was all about when he was playing them. The good old NES was much more my speed. I'm already through the vanilla content for the first game and into Secret Missions. It's really great stuff for how old it is.

Finally got enough money together for a new controller, ordered it online for 13 dollars and I'm hoping to get it 4-5 days from now hopefully. So I'll be back to suck at DkS PvP soon enough.  

I don't actually have PSN so I haven't tried it, Plastic, but I can tell you that there is very little middle ground with DC - those who love it and those who get sick of it pretty quickly. Since you'd be getting it a little bit after launch I'm not sure how strong the co-op is still (someone who is still playing should be able to tell you).

Other than that the story itself is pretty weak but the class-specific combat is hailed as different and very fun.

Unrelated: I'm going to start buying my controllers off eBay - that's a great deal, Grin.

Or " layed off " rather, fired makes it sound like I did something wrong or stupid.  But it was getting harder to schedule work days around school, and the bossman said he has 3 other people that can work full time. 

I'd say this sucks, but he said he'd talk to another guy about getting me a job at the dunkin donuts or Pop's, so I'l save my " that sucks " until I find out what's going on with that.

That makes since. It's better than being lied to about it.
If bossman wants to help you get another job, then you probley did the best the could do, when you worked there, and he admired that. I don't know.
