Me too. He's just plain bad, and he makes everything he's in worse because he's in it.

I think Saving Private Ryan is the only film he's in that I'll watch and consider good, and his character is killed within the first half an hour of the film.

It's a shame because Riddick really had the potential to be a cool character. At least in Pitch Black. I haven't seen any of the others.

I agree. Seems like he just plays every role as himself.

He's worse than Nicholas Cage. At least Cage has Raising Arizona and 8mm is alright

I liked Adaptation too, but that was way more Spike Jonze and Charlie Kaufman than Nicholas Cage.


I liked Kick-*** too actually, but again it didn't have much to do with Nicholas Cage.



I home sick today, and I bought a game called Strike Suit Zero off Steam this morning. It's the sale of the day or whatever. Cost like $5 I think. It's really fun. I'd been looking for a more current space combat game since I revisited the Wing Commander series recently, and it's totally doing that for me.

I think Jason Statham is a decent enough actor, i liked the Crank movies and he was good in that one Guy Ritchie Movie that i don't know the english name of .

It'd be either Snatch or Revolver. He's good in both, although I didn't really care for the latter.


I don't know that I'd go so far as to call him a good actor, but he certainly gets better parts in better films. I have to say I enjoyed Crank also. The second one was alright. I liked the first one better.

Snatch was definately his master piece .
I know that Movie inside out and it's pretty much cult here .

Brad Pit was Awesome, Alan Forde as Bricktop .

Yeah, Snatch is definitely my favorite Guy Ritchie too. So much about it is done flawlessly.

I agree. 8mm was freaky though. I thought he was also pretty excellent in The Weather Man.

Cage at least has some talent, unlike Diesel. He just accepts any role he's offered because he's in constant money/tax turmoil.
