Help to get Moonstone sword [PC] Sl 61

As the title say I'am looking for help to cut the tail of Seath, already 30min waiting at the bonfire in the Dukes archives and no signe of summon sign so if anyone is online right now on PC in my range lvl 60.

I will be online for 2 more hours I think then later on the evening.

this can be considered done.
we weren't able to cut it, so i gave him one from my other chars, who doesn't need it. to me it seems that cutting that tail is easier alone than with two players, but we may just have played stupid, lol...
