Should endurance on only light armor builds be always aimed to be in the 30~40 range although points on equipment load are wasted? Specially with small weapons. Is poise a winning factor in PvP? Is it because of the DWGR? Is someone with 53 poise and DWGR better than someone with 0 poise and No-DWGR?

Re: Endurance on Light Armor Builds
A person with higher poise, faster movement, and greater defense has the advantage equipment wise. That doesn't mean with a Wolf and Gloranthy Ring that my Murakumo still can't stunlock those who don't have the sense to properly use their gear. I'm speaking of the forest of course, as in FC the people with high poise and movement typically kill me haha. Any disadvantage can be overcome. It depends mostly to me how much you need to hit, I only find myself using up my endurance if I'm trying consecutive swings, otherwise a big Stamina pool isn't all that great for me as I try more so to side step than roll when I can.

Re: Endurance on Light Armor Builds
Sometimes I feel I don't need to pass the 20 points of endurance. Even with my Scythe, with 0 Poise I don't feel confident about stunlocking someone. The stamina regeneration is enough and with Green Blossoms is super fast. I'm now considering endurance high endurance (40) only for Heavy- Medium Armor, Large Weapons builds.

Re: Endurance on Light Armor Builds
I always base my End off equip weight. Most of my builds have between 3 and 30 End, and only my Russian Roulette build has 40 End to free up as much weight as possible for my weapon since I don't know how much it'll weigh!
Max stamina is only useful if you're going to stun-lock your enemy. Otherwise, just don't go rolling like crazy and spamming R1 and you'll be fine with low End.
My 2 SL120 Mages have 8 and 12 End. They get 3 and 4 rolls with that stamina, which is more than I need before casting. My Dex/ Fth character has 30, but since it uses light Dex weapons it doesn't need much stamina. Like I said, as long as I don't roll too much and try to chain too many rolling R1s, it's fine.
So yeah, 40 End, in my opinion, is only for Str builds who want to get the most out of stun-locking their opponent.

Re: Endurance on Light Armor Builds
I base endurance on my weapon. Certain weapons are stamina hogs and your endurance needs to reflect that. Once I select my endurance, I choose armor. I try to get good defense and hit 56+ poise.
If you don't have poise, you will be stunned by many weapons, like my estoc last night. I would hit you and you would be temporarily stunned.
