He doesn't bite too much, he just wants to play so much that it annoys other animals to the point that they'll attack him. Not sure how to get him to calm down. One way to scare your dog out of biting is by yelping like a dog or puppy. Try playing with your dog, if he accidentally bites you, make a loud sudden yelp. It will scare the juice out of him and let him know that he hurt you. It should encourage him to stop biting and make him feel like putting his mouth on something alive is bad.
Have you tried Parks & Recreation? Some people like that show more, one problem with The Office is the atmosphere, it's dark and depressing at times. Parks & Recreation is the same style of show, but the atmosphere is completely different, very upbeat! Also, Will is off the show because show ratings went way down when they had him on, people just didn't like his character, he left after a few episodes. The main character is Ed Helms now (Andy on the show).
