When Agro died in SotC... I cried a little. Also, in Red Dead Redemption, when John gets killed... Damn. I know I probably should have seen that coming, I even did a little bit, but it was just so brutal. Wow.

Imarreteet, I wanted to hate RDR because I hate cowboys and westerns, but I sat and watched a friend play through most of that game and just wow. I can't believe I can say this but what a fun story.
Also Slake, thats unfortunate about your carpel tunnel! The boss is very hard to manage, by the time I finally beat him my hands felt cramped, but I can't really say I can understand what you've experienced. I call a DKsouls forum member get together, I'll risk the safety of my hands for you and we will beat him together. There could be pizza and odd flavoured doritos

I forgot about that. I definitely got choked up at the end of Red Dead. Then got equally as ridiculous when I got my revenge.

When Blizzard Announced Mists of Pandaria.
There are many more but I just can't think of them at the moment.
Heavy Rain was pretty depressing, I wouldn't say they are sad moments rather most of it is just so bleak. The Mother/Earth games had a lot of sad moments as well, Flint's reaction at the start of, I think 3, was always really depressing to me.
There are so many more though and I'm just drawing a blank.

- finally opened the Tower of Salvation after releasing all of Sylvarants Seals only to find out that Remiel wasn't Colettes father and was an evil man trying to use her to attain status. Not just this but Kratos, Lloyd's mentor and role model was using them and working for Cruxius. And finally all in the same 20 mins Lloyd has to watch Colettes personality, feelings, and memories slip away as she sacrifices herself so the she might reverse the flow of mana.

When you find Seth's soul at the top of the Tower of Babel in Illusion of Gaia. I definitely got a little teared up. I liked Seth.

Also one i found very sad happened to Raziel in one of the Legacy of Kain games...cant remember which one. Defiance i think.

When Raziel is consumed by the soul reaver once and for all...voice actors on all of these games were amazing and that scene was really well done...i wish they would make another LoK.

That happens at the end of Soul Reaver 2. Amazingly written. That game's plot blew my mind. All those games in fact, well maybe excluding Blood Omen 2. Great series. Definitely wouldn't be unhappy to see some next gen blood sucking.

Sad moment in Metro 2033, you see the ghost of a small boy walking down a train car calling for his mother, than another ghost appears on the wall behind him, a Demon, then he screams for his mother and you see him get taken down.
