Ok people - to get everyone blood flowing in preparation for the mass invasion I present to you another batch of vids for your viewing pleasure. Well let's get right to it then...

    Roll the tape...

Patience is a virtue when it comes to BS fishers. Lull them to sleep and they will make a mistake happy :

    https://youtu.be/QvpZxNqKuMI

100 yard dash - this is why speed is my lifeblood!!:

    https://youtu.be/DsR5igUK2Z8

Sometimes Alvina graces us with the gift of revenge:

    https://youtu.be/r-oNYU_VwYo

BS fishers eventually pay the price!! BS fishing the whole battle demonstrates you are a weak fighter.Enough said! In the second bout I had seen and heard about this weird effect but never encountered it myself - invade the forest enough times and you will eventually see all of DkS's weird occurrences. The white in the 2nd vid is a deadly hunter (he is same hunter in the 2nd bout of my "Revenge Best Served SLB-coated" vid) - he was just watching the back of a friend:

    https://youtu.be/80BIWAZlkyc

Summoning can be bad for your health twisted !

    https://youtu.be/MKowNU2DPi0

Some good fight training as a red in this vid. I was in there for almost an hour but only recorded a portion of it sad .The host was a really funny and cool cat - he would just walk around with the skull lantern - sometimes between the combatants

@Dan - I will be contacting the blues in this vid to see if they will loan their blades to the invasion. That is one of the reasons I wanted to invade as a red so I could encounter more blues.I recommend you also give this a try before the invasion for recruitment purposes.

    https://youtu.be/ho696HZt3lU

    Enjoy everyone!

Much love for the videos - currently the closest store is out of composite cables so I am using S-Video and recording with a HD Camera linked to my Hauppage xD Still. It will be good enough until I can get the composite cables.
    Loved the red video.

Awesome work as usual Broke. A few thoughts.....
Christ you get high level hosts constantly. I rarely break 35k souls from a kill.

My friends the trees. Do campers forget that the whip attack can be done by trees outside the WoG range? Love seeing the trees flaying a guy while he desperately spams miracles that won't kill half the enemies who harass him. Another tip with trees which I think you did in the video. They're good guard dogs with a wide aggro range. If you lose track of a camper stand by one for an easy alarm.

Loved the Oswald pose from the dying camper.

A couple stories from last night:
Mostly dueling hosts last night which meant a high win ratio for me. First fight of the night I got away with a flawless victory. The fatality was courtesy of a farm tool. Found a guy with a mura like Broke and my poison knives. He flipped a lot like Broke too (maybe watching your videos). He was hard to hit but so was I. I got him to heal which allowed lemon time and style switch. He was not prepared for an opponent sprinting at him.

I found only one duo surprisingly and they were working over a hunter. Blue backstabs gold and I run to help him finish gold. Lemon while he rises and the host chugs. I don't even know how it happened but blue perishes. I work toward the clearing a bit hoping to aggro npc Hunters. I get a shot at the host but thanks to flipping I'm one hit short of victory. He chugs and we try again. Same result but ths time the phantom is there to help and down I go. The host looks like he's about to flash a rude gesture rather than chug right away. The LSAT thing I see before thebeautiful words "target destroyed" is the ax man splitting the host's skull.

Ty, I was expecting the host to be more aggressive xD - I will continue to pvp a lot, record a few and next video may be a commentary - how long would you suggest it being?

Excellent katana work and the parry on the phantom was beautiful Proper Bow .Now we get see you (and Natalie) put in some good hunting - live and in technicolor. I like the way you constantly press the attack - the camper just could not recover.Plus the unlocked Mura style was fantastic.

And so it begins the destruction of campers caught on tape.

Well you know how I like long fights. I usually set the record length to 40 minutes then trim out the unnecessary portions then upload to Youtube. You may want to do a 5 to 10 minutes commentary at first until you get everything like you want it (battle sounds, voice commentary, music volumn, etc). Not sure if you are going to comment live as the invasion is occurring or do a voice over as part of processing the vid.

Looking forward to seeing more vids..

Yep - I would agree - doing a voice over is better since its one less thing to deal with while you are actually invading. Live voice is generally only used when you are live streaming.

What the... I just got 877 484 souls from a forest intruder. According to this he was SL 710. And the best part is, I'm sl 80 and i used a claw.

I love you forest, always full of surprises.

I wanted to maximize the GSoA. Have you seen how much an non-hornet ring reposte does with that thing?! 1000+! It's beautiful for ganker slaughters.

Otherwise I wouldn't even touch faith. strictly pyromancy or a mix of pyromancy and sorcery.

Yeah - on the XBOX you can rack a good amount of souls by invading. On average I get about 150k to 200k per kill. But every once in a while you will get a 500k+ kill (yeah, baby yeah!!). I think the last mass invasion I jumped about 5 to 6 SLs so invading the forest can indeed be very good for the pockets.

Well people I have been playing around with the weapon I love to hate - the DSS. This thing is OP especially if you have high Dex/Faith (even Str adds to its AR  ) build plus the stun-lock is ridiculous. Since I have started using it I have had campers run from old Broke twisted - oh how the tables have been turned. Luckily I am able to leverage my knowledge of the pike to bring havoc down on these campers. The DSS definitely has a longer reach than the pike. I had to chase one camper all over the dang forest - he finally got me because I got too careless trying to kill him. I basically died from a WoG storm - I should have known better because I had fought this dude before. Live and learn I guess.

A few days before the fun begins folks - everyone remember to stock-up on supplies and such - you don't want to let the pressure off 'em just because you are out of grass lol! Going to be doing some intense battle training against a high SL hunter this week so hopefully I will be all warmed up by midnight on Friday.

    For the glory of Alvina!!!

    For the glory of Alvina!

Also, most evil way to stunlock someone is to stagger with a direct gcf and then lock them down with the DSS. No one survives that. No. One.

Yep - the GSoA is the next weapon I will be doing some intense battle training with now that I am comfortable with the great sword class moveset. I would love to get a riposte on camper with the GSoA (True version) - right now with my stats the weapons's AR is approx. 679 (1H) & 684 (2H) so I know a riposite would be very damaging experience for 'em twisted

Honestly I have about 520 AR with the GSoA true and it does almost no damage. My MSGS at 40 str does about 400-450 dmg but the GSoA does about 200-250. How do you guys make it work?

hey guys. Long time no hunt!

Been addicted to the burg, but i just made a 50 INT build, and thats pretty hard in there, so i decided to go back too my roots. And Wow, i gotta say i missed it.

Forgot how stupid gankers are and how satisfying is to destroy them. Haha.

Question though, have you guys have encountered a bunch of rage quitters? Because today its been like.. damn, gimme my souls.
