Gravelording?

Soooo, I read through the guide for gravelording on this forum, but I didn't find the answer to my question.

DO I see my own gravelord sign when I use an eye of death?
I used on with my level 76 build in the Catacombs, but I didn't see it. (I'm also not being invaded by dark spirits or anything.)

Nope, you can't see your own sign. You are the sign itself

That statement would sound so profound out of context.

You do not see the sign yourself but if you wish to know if your curses are working in other peoples worlds the have a multiplayer soap stone in one of your five item slots.

Eventually the soapstone item will darken as if some one is trying to invaded you or something like that.

one of two things will happen

1- You get invaded by someone SoV or DM either way it wont be an eye of death event.

2- the stone will become unusable for about 20-30 secionds and then return to normal. This means a curse has become active in someone elses game, meaning they can see your sign
